Gabrielė Gylytė-Hein is a Frankfurt-based Lithuanian pianist, entrepreneur and diplomat who acts as a strategic bridge builder between Germany, the Baltic states and international markets.
She leads BalticMore Agency UG, a Frankfurt-based strategic consulting firm specialising in market entry, cross-border partnerships and investment projects, with business activities primarily connecting Lithuania, Germany and the Middle East across life sciences, technology, IT and tech finance, real estate, defence and logistics. Since April 2024, she has also served as a member of the Investment Committee at Speer Group (Frankfurt & Vilnius).
Since late 2019, she has served as the official Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Frankfurt am Main, merging economic diplomacy with political cooperation. She holds a leadership role within the Frankfurt Rhein Main Circle (FRMC), regularly organises high-level business delegations and innovation tours to Vilnius, and is an active member of the Europa-Union Frankfurt and the Lithuanian-German Forum.
Irina Kornilenko is an independent real estate consultant based in the greater Munich area. She works independently as well as in cooperation with Münchener Kindl Immobilien GmbH, serving clients across Munich and surrounding regions, including Schondorf am Ammersee.
Her professional focus is on residential real estate and land, specialising in property brokerage, sales and valuations. She supports property owners, buyers and investors throughout the transaction process, combining local market knowledge with a client-focused approach.

Augustas Šernius brings more than 30 years of professional experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. Throughout his career, he has held various roles, including claims adjuster, underwriter, consultant and team leader.
Prof. Dr. Eugenijus Valatka is the Director of Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), one of Lithuania's leading technology-focused universities. He has led the university since 2018 and was re-elected for a second term in 2023.
A professor and chemical engineer by background, Eugenijus holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has built an extensive academic and leadership career at KTU, serving as Vice-Dean and later Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Technology before becoming Director. His scientific expertise spans catalysis, electrochemistry and photochemistry, and he has authored more than 80 scientific publications.
Beyond his academic work, he has played an active role in shaping Lithuania's higher-education, research and innovation landscape, including through the Lithuanian University Rectors' Conference and the Santaka Valley association. As Director, his strategic agenda includes strengthening KTU's international competitiveness, research and innovation capabilities, university–industry collaboration and emerging technology initiatives such as artificial intelligence and experimental prototyping infrastructure.
Prof. Dr. Oliver Hein is a Professor of Business and Computer Science at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM — University of Applied Sciences), where he has taught and conducted research since October 2009. Based at the Friedberg campus, his academic work sits at the intersection of information technology, financial markets, artificial intelligence and quantitative modelling.
Following an apprenticeship in banking, Oliver studied Computer Science at Goethe University Frankfurt, where he later earned his doctorate in Business Information Systems. Before entering academia, he gained experience in the private banking division of a Swiss bank and later worked as a managing partner in management consulting and venture management, including with Hein & Cie. Venture Management.
His research focuses on applying computational methods and artificial intelligence to financial markets — including simulations of capital markets and investor behaviour, and the use of machine learning and deep learning for algorithmic securities trading. As part of his doctoral research, he developed the "Frankfurt Artificial Stock Market", a model of information diffusion, investor behaviour and price formation in securities markets.
He also contributes to academic governance and international networks, including Business Information Systems committees at THM and German-Baltic business and academic networks in an advisory capacity focused on science.

Tomas Žukauskas is a Berlin-based architect and Managing Director of GreenLAW GmbH, a company specialising in modular timber construction and prefabricated building solutions.
His work combines architectural expertise with modern construction methods, focusing on the development and implementation of timber-based modular and prefabricated building systems.
Through GreenLAW, Tomas operates at the intersection of architecture, construction, sustainability and industrialised building processes, contributing to more efficient and scalable approaches to contemporary construction.
Michael Albus is an advisor and lobbyist operating at the intersection of defence, energy, technology and public policy.
