Gabrielė Gylytė-Hein is an entrepreneur and diplomat who sees herself as a strategic bridge-builder between Germany, the Baltic states and international markets.
She is Managing Director of Balticmore agency, MB, a strategic advisory firm focused on market entry, cross-border partnerships and investment projects. Her entrepreneurial activities are concentrated particularly on cooperation between Lithuania and Germany, as well as on sectors including real estate, critical infrastructure and defence.
Through her many years of service as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Germany, she combines economic diplomacy with political and institutional cooperation at senior government and decision-making level. In this capacity, she maintains relationships with political institutions, government representatives and decision-makers and supports the economic-policy dialogue between Lithuania, Germany and international partners.
Her work also encompasses strategic advocacy and government relations, particularly in connection with cross-border business, investment and cooperation projects. She has also been involved in high-level political and economic formats, including meetings and events in the context of Lithuania’s national leadership and the Office of the President.
In addition, she regularly organises and accompanies business delegations and innovation missions between Germany and the Baltic region, particularly to Vilnius.
Her profile therefore combines entrepreneurship, economic diplomacy, political networking and strategic advocacy, with a particular focus on German-Lithuanian and wider Baltic relations.
Prof. Dr. Eugenijus Valatka is the Director of Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), one of Lithuania's leading technology-focused universities. He has led the university since 2018 and was re-elected for a second term in 2023.
A professor and chemical engineer by background, Eugenijus holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and has built an extensive academic and leadership career at KTU, serving as Vice-Dean and later Dean of the Faculty of Chemical Technology before becoming Director. His scientific expertise spans catalysis, electrochemistry and photochemistry, and he has authored more than 80 scientific publications.
Beyond his academic work, he has played an active role in shaping Lithuania's higher-education, research and innovation landscape, including through the Lithuanian University Rectors' Conference and the Santaka Valley association. As Director, his strategic agenda includes strengthening KTU's international competitiveness, research and innovation capabilities, university–industry collaboration and emerging technology initiatives such as artificial intelligence and experimental prototyping infrastructure.
Prof. Dr. Sven Oliver Hein is a professor of business informatics, entrepreneur and financial markets expert with many years of experience at the intersection of academia, capital markets and corporate governance. Since 2009, he has been Professor of Business Informatics at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, focusing on simulation, particularly capital market simulation. He has also served for nine years as Dean and as a member of the University Senate and Departmental Council.
Before his academic career, he spent many years in private banking, venture capital and investment management. He worked for Credit Suisse Deutschland and Bank Hofmann in Zurich and later served as Managing Partner of Taurus Ventures in Boston and Hein & Cie. Venture Management in Frankfurt. His work focused on wealth planning, venture capital investments and advising institutional and private investors.
He also has extensive experience in corporate oversight. He served on the Supervisory Board of OTRS AG and is a member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of SME Bank in Vilnius. In addition, he is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the FERI Cognitive Finance Institute.
Robert Juodka is a well-known Lithuanian business lawyer, investor and expert in the defence and energy sectors. He currently serves as Managing Partner at the international law firm Noewe Legal and has more than 20 years of experience advising businesses. His core areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, commercial law and real estate development.
He is a long-standing adviser on major energy and infrastructure projects, including the implementation of Harmony Link, the strategic electricity interconnection project between Lithuania and Poland. Since 2012, he has also organised an annual forum dedicated to conventional and renewable energy. In the defence sector, he is an active industry expert and serves as a board member of the Lithuanian Defence and Security Industry Association (LGSPA).
Robert Juodka also contributes extensively to international business cooperation in Lithuania and the wider Baltic region. He is founder and Chairman of the Board of the Polish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce and founder and Chairman of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce. He has served as President of the Vilnius Rotary Club, is active as Vice President of the British Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Lithuanian Riflemen’s Union.

Tomas Žukauskas is a Berlin-based architect and Managing Director of GreenLAW GmbH, a company specialising in modular timber construction and prefabricated building solutions.
His work combines architectural expertise with modern construction methods, focusing on the development and implementation of timber-based modular and prefabricated building systems.
